Shipping

We ship via USPS Ground Advantage and UPS Ground from our Massachusetts fulfillment partner.

Orders placed by 1pm ET ship the same business day. Orders placed later, or on weekends/holidays, ship the next business day. Delivery estimates exclude carrier delays beyond our control.

Where we can ship

• ·We ship within the continental United States only — no Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international destinations.
• ·Fragrances contain alcohol and ship by ground transport only (no air, no expedited overnight). USPS Ground Advantage / UPS Ground.
• ·Some carriers will not deliver fragrance to PO boxes — provide a street address whenever possible.

Returns

We accept returns of unopened, sealed full bottles within 14 days of delivery. Once a fragrance has been opened, sprayed, removed from its sealed cellophane, or had its plastic collar broken, it cannot be returned — fragrance hygiene rules and most carrier policies treat opened fragrance as non-resellable.

Decants and samples are final sale. Because we hand-fill them from sealed bottles, we cannot resell a returned decant or sample.

How to return

1. 01Email us at noirpetale.co@gmail.com with your order number, the SKU(s) you want to return, and the reason
2. 02Within one business day we'll send you a prepaid USPS return label
3. 03Pack the bottle in the original outer box (or equivalent padded packaging) and drop it at any USPS location
4. 04Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund processes within 3–5 business days back to the original payment method

Authenticity guarantee

Every bottle we sell is sourced through authorized channels and arrives in its original sealed packaging with batch code and barcode intact. We don't sell testers, decants of unverified bottles, or product without a paper trail.

If you ever receive a bottle whose authenticity you question — packaging that looks tampered with, a batch code that doesn't scan, a scent that's clearly off — email noirpetale.co@gmail.comwithin 14 days. We'll either replace it from a different batch or refund you in full.
