Orders & pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing or product errors at any time, including after you've placed an order. If a correction affects your order we will contact you and offer a refund.
Authenticity
Every fragrance we sell is sourced through authorized channels and shipped sealed in its original packaging. If you ever have concerns about a bottle you receive, email us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
Use of product
Fragrances are intended for external use only. By purchasing, you confirm you are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent) and accept responsibility for safe use of the products you order. See our Shipping & Returns page for the patch-test protocol we recommend before first use, plus storage and handling guidance. Fragrances contain alcohol and are flammable — keep them away from heat and open flame.
Allergic reactions & sensitivities
Fragrance ingredients can cause allergic reactions. We are not liable for adverse skin reactions, respiratory irritation, or other personal sensitivities. Discontinue use and consult a healthcare provider if you experience a reaction. Email us with the SKU and we'll share the brand's published ingredient list on request.

Intellectual property
Site content — text, photography, logos, and design — is owned by Noir Pétale Parfumerie or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noir Pétale Parfumerie is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Essex County, Massachusetts.
