How long does shipping take?
We ship next business day for orders placed before 2pm ET, Monday through Friday, from Lawrence, Massachusetts. Most U.S. addresses receive in 2–4 business days via USPS Priority. Free shipping on orders over $50.
What's your return policy?
Sealed, unopened bottles can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. We can't accept returns of opened or used fragrances — fragrance is skin-contact and we don't resell anything that's been opened. If something arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours and we'll make it right.
Can I sample before I buy a full bottle?
Yes — that's exactly why we build Discovery Sets. Pick a curated set of 3–5ml decants and try at home before committing to a full bottle. Discovery Set credit can be applied to a future full-bottle purchase.
How should I store fragrance to make it last?
