Yes. Every fragrance at Noir Pétale is sourced through authorized U.S. distributors and arrives in factory-sealed retail packaging. We never ship from grey-market or unverified suppliers.

We ship next business day for orders placed before 2pm ET, Monday through Friday, from Lawrence, Massachusetts. Most U.S. addresses receive in 2–4 business days via USPS Priority. Free shipping on orders over $50.

Sealed, unopened bottles can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. We can't accept returns of opened or used fragrances — fragrance is skin-contact and we don't resell anything that's been opened. If something arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours and we'll make it right.

Keep it cool, dark, and dry — not in a bathroom and not on a sunny windowsill. Heat, light, and humidity break down fragrance molecules and shift the scent over time. Properly stored, most modern fragrances hold for 3–5 years from opening.
